  • Avoid strenuous physical activity for a few days
  • Use anti-inflammatory medications like Ibuprofen as prescribed
  • Avoid smoking for 2 days
  • Do not rinse or insert anything into the socket for 1–2 days
  • Have non-dissolvable stitches removed on the scheduled date
  • If you experience heavy bleeding, severe pain, swelling, or fever, visit your dentist immediately
